They Succeeded With Us

★★★★★

This is the blueprint you need to build a profitable firm with the potential to grow to 100 clients or more.

It takes patience, but the results are already showing. Trust the process and be responsive when leads come in.

After a deal to buy an accounting firm fell through, I went back to Google and found BookedKeeper. I booked a meeting, and the experience has been amazing. The website exceeded my expectations and gives my firm a much stronger online presence.

★★★★★

I found BookedKeeper through an online search and figured if I landed one client a month, the investment would pay for itself. The results were better than anticipated. Their sales training gave me a clear approach for non referral leads, the right questions to ask, and even showed me how to confidently upsell my CFO services. I landed four out of five. It was absolutely worth it.

★★★★★

Before working with BookedKeeper, I only had 2 bookkeeping clients who were friends. I had no idea how to get more. They set up calls for prospective clients and walked me through the sales process. In less than three months I got 3 new bookkeeping clients. They have been very valuable in getting new business.

★★★★★

My first sales call went better than I expected. The process felt smooth, and I converted my first lead into a $1,500 client, thanks to the tools and strategies from BookedKeeper's training.

★★★★★

Everything lined up exactly with Elena's projections. First client in three months, second one two weeks later. The marketing goes so deep that no accountant I know could do this on their own. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Before working with BookedKeeper, we tried Google and Facebook ads and spent money with no results. After they trained us on how to interview clients and present what we offer, we signed seven clients in three months. I now have real confidence in pricing and talking about our value.

★★★★★

BookedKeeper was the right choice. They did far more than build a beautiful website. They helped me build a real Google presence and walked me step by step through a process I could not have done on my own.

John Long

★★★★★

In about a month, I went from zero clients to two clients and roughly eight businesses between them. One client found me through ChatGPT, and the other found me on Google.

The sales training helped me ask better questions, price my services with confidence, and close clients faster.

Common Questions

Can I start while I'm still employed?

Yes, and most people do. The time commitment is light enough to manage alongside a job. Your advisor works around your schedule. Nothing about the program requires you to quit before you're ready.

How much time do I need to put in each week?

About an hour a week on average. The total commitment across six months is around 25 hours. That time goes toward advisor calls, decisions about your pricing and services, and talking to leads as they come in.

How long does it take to get my first client?

Most practices sign their first client within the first three months. Direct mail campaigns start generating leads early in the program and search rankings build from there. By the end of the program, practices are typically bringing in three to five new clients per month.

What if my area already has a lot of accountants?

It's never as saturated as it looks. Accountants retire every year and new businesses open constantly. We research your local market and adjust the radius if needed. Over 100 practices have launched through the program across all kinds of markets.

I'm not a salesperson. Will that be a problem?

No. The program is designed for people who feel that way. When clients come to you through your website, the dynamic is completely different from cold calling or pitching. They already need help and they already picked you. Your advisor walks you through how to handle these conversations.

What if I don't get enough clients?

The program has worked across 100+ practices in different markets and at different price points. We can't guarantee specific results because your location, services, and follow-through all play a role, but the track record is consistent.

Do I need a registered business before I start?

No. Some people join with a business already set up and some figure that out during the first few weeks with their advisor.

What happens when the program ends?

Everything we built is yours. The website keeps ranking. The Google Business Profile keeps working. The brand, the domain, the content, all of it stays with you. There are no ongoing fees and nothing gets turned off. Practices continue growing after the program ends because this foundation is in place.

How is this different from hiring a generic marketing agency?

A marketing agency runs campaigns. This program builds a practice. Your advisor works with you on pricing, services, sales, and strategy on top of the marketing. Your website, brand, and search rankings are built for your local market by people who specialize in marketing for accounting firms.
