We pair you with an experienced mentor, build your professional website, and manage select online marketing services including search engine optimization and social media marketing. Our goal is to simplify and accelerate growing your bookkeeping practice by equipping you with reliable strategies, training, and ongoing marketing support.

Your Responsibilities

As a BookedKeeper client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your bookkeeping practice. We expect you to conduct yourself professionally and ethically with all prospective clients, and respect the confidentiality of information shared throughout your business interactions. You're also responsible for timely payment of our service fees as outlined in your agreement.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing personalized mentorship, a professional and optimized website for your bookkeeping practice, and select ongoing online marketing services including SEO and social media outreach. We'll provide you regular mentorship sessions, ongoing guidance, support, and periodic performance updates, helping you effectively utilize our program to achieve your business and revenue goals.

Pricing and Payment

Our program pricing is structured around monthly packages, encompassing mentorship, branding, website build, and marketing services. Each client agrees to a minimum initial commitment of three months, paid monthly. This structure provides you continuous support, training, and marketing activities to successfully find and maintain quality clients for your bookkeeping business.

Limitation of Liability

While BookedKeeper is committed to providing exceptional mentorship and service, we cannot guarantee specific results or client outcomes; every business is unique, and results depend largely on your own implementation. BookedKeeper’s liability is limited solely to the amount you've paid our company for services rendered.

Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes to our services or applicable regulations. We'll inform you promptly of significant updates and will make sure you're always aware of the current terms governing our agreement.

Governing Law

These terms and your relationship with BookedKeeper are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions will be resolved under those laws.
