Our Services

BookedKeeper provides a practice growth system designed specifically for bookkeepers and accountants. Our system includes advisor-led strategy and sales training, website and brand development, and local marketing support designed to help launch and grow your practice.

Your Responsibilities

As a BookedKeeper client, you agree to provide timely and accurate information during the onboarding process, attend scheduled meetings, and make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Our Responsibilities

We agree to deliver the components of the system described in your service agreement. This includes the strategy, creative, website, marketing, and advisory work we have agreed to provide.

Pricing and Payment

Your fees, payment schedule, and any additional payment terms are set out in your service agreement. You agree to make payments according to that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

BookedKeeper is committed to delivering a high-quality service. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a specific number of new clients, as these are affected by various external factors. BookedKeeper's total liability is limited to the total fees paid to our company under your service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect adjustments to our services or legal obligations. We will promptly inform you of any significant updates that affect our agreement.

Governing Law

These terms and your relationship with BookedKeeper are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms will be resolved under those laws.
