Our Services

BookedKeeper provides client growth services exclusively for accounting, bookkeeping, CPA, tax, and advisory firms. Our services may include strategy and positioning, brand and website development, targeted advertising, search and AI optimization, campaign management, sales and practice operations training, and ongoing advisory support.

The specific services included in your engagement are described in your service agreement.

Your Responsibilities

As a BookedKeeper client, you agree to provide timely and accurate information throughout the engagement, attend scheduled meetings when required, provide reasonable feedback and approvals, and make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Our Responsibilities

We agree to deliver the components of the system described in your service agreement. This includes the strategy, creative, website, marketing, and advisory work we have agreed to provide.

Pricing and Payment

Your fees, payment schedule, and any additional payment terms are set out in your service agreement. You agree to make payments according to that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

BookedKeeper is committed to delivering a high-quality service. However, marketing and business results vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including a particular number of leads, clients, or amount of revenue. BookedKeeper's total liability is limited to the total fees paid to our company under your service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. Any changes to an existing service agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement and any applicable amendment process.

Governing Law

These terms and your relationship with BookedKeeper are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms will be resolved under those laws.
