Your Responsibilities

As a BookedKeeper client, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your bookkeeping practice, conduct yourself professionally and ethically with all clients and potential clients, and respect confidentiality during your business interactions. You're also responsible for the timely payment of our service fees as clearly outlined in your agreement.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing you with a professional, optimized website, complete branding materials, and fully-managed ongoing marketing services including advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and local visibility. We'll provide continuous monitoring of your marketing campaigns, regular adjustments and optimizations, monthly performance reports, and ongoing support to help you consistently acquire new clients and achieve your business goals.

Pricing and Payment

BookedKeeper's pricing structure consists of an initial onboarding fee followed by ongoing monthly service fees. These charges cover your complete website creation, branding, advertising campaign management, SEO, local marketing, and ongoing support. Payments are agreed upon upfront, with automated monthly billing clearly outlined in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

BookedKeeper is committed to providing high-quality service and delivering consistent results. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these are affected by various factors unique to your business. BookedKeeper’s liability is limited solely to the amount you've paid to our company for services rendered.

Governing Law
